About Sokhemmary BY

Sokhemmary is a young talent woman among other leader in Cambodia and she has a dream to see all Cambodia youth have a decent work and economic growth. She is a fast learner and inspiring women to have a positive change in her community. She holds two bachelor degree in international Relations and English Literature at Pannasastra University of Cambodia and Khemmark University. Currently, she is continuing her Master Degree in Business at National University of Management. She has been actively volunteers in local NGOs and International NGOs. She has multi experiences such as health, migration, women in politics, youth leadership and youth employment. She is the one who inspiring youth to have leadership and in-come generation for their future.

Sokhemmary was conducted many workshops, trainings and forums related to youth leadership and employment, entrepreneurship and soft skill. She particularly facilitated in the workshop, training and forums. Recently, she was invited to be a young talent woman in Cambodia to input in the national workshop on formulation of Cambodia Decent Work Country Programme. She is good at public speaking and she can be the moderator and MC well. Currently, she works at one of the International NGOs as the project coordinator on youth leadership and livelihood. She wishes to see Cambodia youth will have a better future and they can support their future kids to have education and well-being.
