World Clean Up Day 2020
World Cleanup Day, the biggest waste collection day in history, is back this September 19 with group, individual and digital cleanups planned in nearly every country of the world.
The possible formats are either:
1. World Cleanup Day as group events. You can organise a cleanup event by yourself or join existing ones.
2. Individual cleanups. These are cleanups without massive gatherings and we ask people to come out individually ( for example for plogging) or just with family members. This is for countries where is still high risk for COVID-19.
3. Digital cleanup. This is the cleanup where we call people to delete digital waste from electronical devices. More information you can find here: digital.worldcleanupday.org.
This is very suitable for countries with mobility restrictions or to have like alternative cleanup for the target groups with high risk.

Let’s Do It World began in Estonia in 2008 when 50,000 people came together to clean up the entire country in just five hours. Today, Let’s Do It World coordinates World Cleanup Day - the largest single peacetime civic action in human history.
